At Science of Beer 2025, you'll find local breweries, Marble Brewery, Santa Fe Brewing Company, Rio Bravo Brewing Company, Flock of Moons, Sunday Service Motor Company, and Boxing Bear Brewing Company, as well as dinner & cool dessert options by Laguna Burger, Ceralsly Sweet, and our in-house Three Sisters Kitchen Cafe, along with live music!
